Re: How To Get Cloud Cloud is actually quite useful if you know which abilities to give him and how to set him up.
Make sure you teach him the Time mage skill Short Charge and teach him finishing touch. Omnislash and Cherry Blossom aren't useful, especially compared to Finishing Touch. Finishing Touch can be used really quickly, esp with Short Charge, and has a 100% affect to either inflict those caught in it's range with either Death, Stop or Stone.
Also, teach him the 2nd and 3rd abilities in his attack list. One takes off the same amount as an enemy has lost, so an enemy as half health will be instantly killed and the other works like the Shock ability, which can be quite useful.
