Re: Final Fantasy Tactics advance
The game is tottaly amazing,I completed it,never had so much fun.Well lesse, you have a total of 200 missions if you complete them, after the game you can continue playing with some harder missions for experts, tournaments ecc,the learn sistem is really unique, very different then on the psx one. Then you have the totema spirits, those are like summons which you can summon when you get 10JP,you collect them by killing enemies or wounding em.
Then you have battle laws which give you some limits and can make the battle harder most of the times,up untill now many were hard to me,you have a big selection of items, and you can grow monsters, one of the new jobs is Morph, lets you equip souls of the monster you cought with the 'Hunter' job.You start with the basic jobs which evolve and open up new possibilites as you advance, each of the species had their own line of jobs which others can't use as much. The story is very original, don't wanna spoil it but you get the pic,get it you'll love it

Re: Final Fantasy Tactics advance
Haven't gotten too much into the story yet, but I don't really like the law system. It makes a mission incredibly hard or incredibly easy, depending on the laws.
I do like how the species and the fact that they each have their own job line. I think it makes for more balanced parties, unlike FFT where almost anyone could be anything so you really only end up using about 4-6 of your party members.
And I still have to decide what I think about the Symbol system. It's still new to me.
