Your probally right though if it dose become popular then it would be best to reconsider but for the present i think one forum should be suffice.
What i suggested was to put it in between the genral and video games section and make a seprate divder for the forum, not to put in in with the genral forums. The extra section could do but i don't think it would get noticed very well.

I made one of those(Sports forum) around 2003/04, there was about one thread in there for months so I got rid of it. It wasn't popular at all. Not sure about a books one..
