Re: reasons for which others dislike Americans and Christians so much Zeen's right, a group of people thousands of years ago decided they didn't like homosexuality, and so they wrote it into the Bible. They also wrote many errors into the book which proves it isn't legitimate. I would rather not follow the commands of an erroneous book, others however, seem quite happy doing so.

Do you believe in the bible?
Do you believe that a tree talked to Moses? (sounds like a trip)
Do you belive that the world we know was created in seven days?
Do you believe that you were created by god, and not by your parents?
Do you believe that Noah manged to cram two of every animal on earth onto his boat?
It's not the Christian people that I hate, it's the absurdity (is that a word???) of the stories.
Thanks to religion, my country has been torn apart for the last 500 years, and there have been 3,500 deaths since the 1970s alone. I'd say the death toll since the invasion and rape of my country exceeds 100,000.
As for Americans, I don't hate them either, I just think they're a bit crazy!

… You'd have never believed in it if you weren't influenced to, I can pretty much guarentee that. If the Bible said being Gay was perfectly fine, you wouldn't be against them. Which is pretty sad, because you should learn to think for yourself and not go by whatever a book tell's you.

Well, it was actually a bush that talked to him and told him to lead the Israelites to the promised land. Think about it. A talking bush.
Okay, so God created everything in seven days. That's quite unbelievable. No offence but have you ever done Geography in school? OKay, so God created the mountains and rivers in our world right? Were rivers not created from running water? Were the mountains not created by massive forces beneath the crust of the Earth? Science has proven how (almost) everything was created, and in none of the proofs does it mention anything about a God.
Ok, about God creating you. I hope I'm not causing any offence, I'm just saying what I belive. Were you not created by the fusion of a sperm and an egg?

How come God and Jesus and co. don't come around anymore? There was a wicked spate of Religious happenings around 0-100 AD with all the burning bushes and the splitting of the red sea and water turning to wine.........why have they stopped? Why doesn't God send someone else down to stop us polluting and destroying this Earth?

You shouldn't becuase according to the Bible's account of creation the Earth is around 6000 years old, yet we have piles of evidence indicating otherwise. For instance, we've got rocks that are millions of years old, we've taken rocks from the moon that are even older. So we have all of this evidence and yet people still believe in the Bible's account of creation, despite it being quite wrong. It seems to me that whoever wrote the Bible didn't have a clue as to how old the Earth actually is.
