I agree... he looks stupid, but think of it this way...

Would you rather he looked really fricken cool? I mean think of some of the stuff he says... "There's sand on my boots" before holding his feet out for soldiers to dust off...

Personally, I don't think that anyone who looked like anything else? Would Sephiroth say that?

Maybe if Kefka was a girl he would... but here we've got the basic crossdressing evil dude.

Kefka does look kind of silly but don't let his appearance fool you. Once you hear his laughter, you know he is utterly evil. I think the way he looks goes perfectly with his personality. If any of you have seen the opening cg in Anthologies you'll know what I mean. They way he looks and dresses just further amplifies his maniacal nature.

Greenseal is right. Kefka's appearence is just like his personallity. Overly done and bizzare.

He reminds me of Cruella Deville.

Kefka looks great. I love his character design (-Amano's art, which isn't very different from the FMV Kefka-), and I think it perfectly matches his personality.
