do you know any math?
4+3=7+2=9 out of the 10 total points.
Learn math and you wouldn't be made a fool of,
and for the record you don't know how to do math emoticon emoticon emoticon

Re: Review a Game

...*prays bob66 doesn't get a job as a game reviewer*

'Kay, seeing as I'm recently replaying it and soon letting Keenest borrow it to play for herself, I'm gonna review one of my favourite games of all time.

Killer7

This game notoriously has a "love it or hate it" aura surrounding it, either enthralling gamers with it's dark cel shaded stlye and surreal storyline, or turning gamers off right away with the mere mention of being "on rails"

This is game is for PS2 and Gamecube, and you can probably get it for a good price, so give it a try.

The gameplay, besides being on rails, is pretty normal, run around, solve puzzles, shoot enemies when they appear, use their blood to heal yourself, use special abilities, or increase attribute levels. The more fun part is the cinematic actions, like the counter or down attack, where the camera goes into thrid person mode to see your character deliver a death dealing melee attack to whatever may be in it's path (One of my favourite's being Mask De Smith's "Smith Special") The game "supposedly" centres Harman Smith as the main character, a paralyzed assassin with a very, and I mean VERY severe case of Dissociative Identity Disorder (AKA multiple personalities), but it isn't just in his head, he can actually transform into seven different personas (hence the team's name, Killer7) Each with a distinct flavour and style. Out of the seven, you'll probably play as two or three being your favourites, which is fine because of good character and level balancing, but you will have to utilize all the personalities to get past the game's puzzles.

But enough about the gameplay, let's get into the real reason the game is good, the story.

The year is 2010, all international airports have been shut down and all major threats to peace on earth have been eliminated (including every countries missile defences), the world is apparently at peace, but a new threat arises. A terrorist group of suicide attackers known simply as "Heaven Smile" start bombing public gatherings and political events, for the sole purpose of instilling terror. Many of these "smilies" wear urban camoflauge which render them invisible to the naked eye and must be scanned for. The Heaven Smile use death as a weapon as they run at you and explode on contact, so you gotta shoot 'em down before they reach you. The game takes symbolism and politics to a new level. Child kidnapping, Terrorism, and an overly enthusiastic cult leader. It's all here, and many of the scenes are shown in stunning anime style visuals. The games plot, though easy to notice, but very difficult to analyze, never really ties up. Actually, by the time you beat the game, you'll have more questions than answers.

The music is also very ambient and fitting. At times you'll feel so engrossed in the game that you won't notice it at all, simply because it fits so perfectly, an excellent soundtrack. Also, terrific voice acting is heard throughout the game, from Garcian Smith's calm yet no BS attitude, to Kun Lan's chaotic nature.

Overall 8.5/10

Pros.

Excellent Story, visuals, music and character design

Cons.
Gameplay style (on rails)
Confusing Plot

           Americas ARMY
Today in this era in gamers world we are given the game
called Americas ARMY which is rated teen is ok on some expectations. This game was created by the US ARMY
so you get the feeling for real war things.

Lets start off with the graphics, they are ok in y opinion
I like them alot, except for when people talk, if you look at them when they talk you'll see that their mouth don't even
move, this is a down side :hissyfit:.

Now to the sound and music.. I like the music and sound quaility cause when i played it i had my volume down to 12 when with other video games I had it up to 24. The music was off the charts.. for those of you people that like rock and roll.
 And for the last area OVERALL GAME REVIEW
Well like I said I like this game alot for many reasons and to sum it all up

           OVERALL SCORE emoticon
GRAPHICS........4.0
I like them except for when people talk thir mouths don't move

SOUND AND MUSIC......7.0
I like rock and roll alot and like i said i like not having the volume cranked up alot.
           Overall grade:
           5/out 5

Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories

Story: The game is about a human named Adell who's familey and friend have been turned into demons, and have even lost their memories to a curse placed on them by an evil Overlord named Zenon. Adell goes through much hardship as he along side his friends must fight to stop and break the curse, and defeat Zenon.

I give the story an 8. Hero saves the day, its an over used plot, but still effective, but the story gets very deep and there are many twists to it.

Music: this game has one of the best music scores I've heard, taking music from the first Disgaea game, remixing a few songs, and getting brand new songs of its own!

I give it a 10. Just simply wonderful.

Gameplay: Well, the game is a Stratigy RPG, meaning if you don't like to think on what needs to be done to win the battle, don't bother playing. But if you like giving your brain a chalange then go on ahead! But, when compared to the first Disgaea, this game seems rather easy. But on it's own, it's still a chalange.

Eh, i give it an 8. I love this genre of games, but at times they make it either to easy, or to hard (Based on your experience of the series)

Graphics: This is where it gets tricky. If you want graphics like... so realistic you !@#$ yourself playing it, then look elsewhere. But if you like graphics like... you'd swear you're playing an anime and not a game, then this is for you! This game sorta gives that oldschool 8-bit feel into a modern world of beautiful design.

I give it a 9. I am a fan of this style of animation, so i supose you could call it bias, but hey, who says you need graphics so real it'll make you !@#$ your self for the graphics to be great?

Replay value: This is one thing most games suck at. But not this one! Hosting a huge variaty of characters to use and master, not to mention all of the extra side missions you can do, PLUS the fact this game has 13 different endings to get, this game will keep you entertained well after the first play through!

This gets a perfect 10! Need I say more?

Overall: This game is just plain wonderful! You don't have to play Disgaea 1 to understand whats going on in this game, but it helps! But those who loved the first game will have mixed feelings toward this game, but all in all, this game judged by itself is just plain amazing. I garrantee you you'll lose your soul and tiem to this game!

This game gets an 8/10
